Newbie help: High Risk product - what to choose

hope you experts can help. I am into cellphone unlocking (software) for quite some time. I had a blog and gave stuff for free til li decided to charge for certain popular and harder-to-crack models.

All was nice till Paypal blocked my account saying some giberish. After a LOT of research i figured out that it's because my chargebacks were more than 2% (around 3-4%) and had quite a few refunds (5-10%).

I do NOT mind giving refunds to people although most lie that it didnt work for them as I give 100% money back guarantee.

I started looking into other solutions and read a LOT of info. Problem is i do not know what to decide. Here is a list of what I WOULD like to have:

1) I can open an account for a small fee and not $200 or something.
2) They could accept my european bank (I am in Portugal)
3) They do not charge an arm and a leg for chargeback fees.
4) They have higher percentages for accepting refunds and chargebacks. Especially refunds.
5) They do transfer my money regularly and not after (practically) 6 weeks or something..... (they say a month but if you do the math it's more than that)

Another important point is how many sales would i loose because Paypal is not an option anymore for the buyer ?
-OR- Maybe you could suggest someone (like Clickbank) who would take Paypal for you and not use your paypal account.

I think you get the picture. With Paypal I was netting around 40% profit after advertisement and fees. I dont mind reducing that but I would like to see my money SOON !! lol

I would like a serious and established company. The equivalent of WorldPay for high risk accounts.

Sorry for the long email and requirements but you understand my situation.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!! You are the last forum i am posting as i have scanned all over the net to try and find a solution.
