I was with Verisign before PayPal bought the credit card processing. The customer service is now atrocious. A land where the customer is always wrong. I use Payflow Link and PayPal NOW REQUIRES my customers to enter their credit card number and click on an "authorize" button to proceed WITHOUT DISPLAYING ANY, NO ORDER INFORMATION AT ALL. No purchase item list, not even the total amount of the order!
"Security" is their response for this asinine requirement. In this age of identity and credit card number theft how anyone, how anyone let alone a credit card processor could even think that requiring any one to enter their credit card number and authorizing the transaction WITHOUT EVEN THE AMOUNT is beyond me!
I have watched the top notch Verisign service fall into chaos under PayPal. My suggestion. ANY ONE BUT PAYPAL. |

You can also try the service of any major bank as an alternative of paypal.
Also you can choose GoogleCheckout as a trustworthy one if this credit card processor is comfortable for your business.
