Does anyone know of payment processor that accepts Western Union and ACH (E-Cheques) for online pharmacy ? Any help is appreciated !

You need to establish a direct relationship with Western Union. Same goes with an ACH processor. You won't get those directly from a merchant account provider especially since those two are direct competitors of theirs.
