Verifone Acquires Lipman

VeriFone Holdings, Inc. on Monday, April 10, announced a definitive agreement to acquire Lipman, the Rosh Haayin, Israel-based provider of electronic payment systems. We are very excited with this acquisition and the opportunities it presents.
